Job Role Overview
This role involves driving customer-focused communications that align with our brand proposition and support business growth. It is essential for delivering effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and generate positive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and deliver TTL customer-led campaigns on time, ensuring positive ROI.
2. Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign briefs, media planning, and budget management.
3. Ensure creative integration across all marketing channels.
4. Manage ATL production, including media buying briefs and post-campaign analysis.
5. Coordinate cross-channel marketing activities for Corporate Charity Partnerships.
6. Liaise with marketing teams to align content with the business plan.
7. Support SMEs in tactical planning and monitor campaign results against KPIs.
8. Attend key meetings and support cross-channel marketing plans for H&B App objectives.
Location:
Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person:
* Experienced marketing professional with knowledge of marketing channel ecosystems, social platforms, and brand consistency.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Expertise in budget management for media and production.
* Creative and able to deliver clear customer communications.
