Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Location: Nairn

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 approx

Our client is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to support their office in Nairn. This is an excellent career opportunity offering further qualifications, training, career development and progression within a professional office environment.


Duties include:

* Deal with routine enquiries in person and via email.
* Ensure that reception is clean and tidy at all times.
* Provide comprehensive administration support to the team including dealing with all correspondence, typing letters and emails.
* Photocopying, scanning and filing services when required.
* Ensure that all visitors are passed to the member of staff they require as quickly as possible.
* Ensure that the reception area is stocked with appropriate publications and ensuring that sufficient stocks are kept at all times.
* Maintain the visitor’s register and reception manual.
* Open and/or distribute incoming mail to all departments.
* Daily use of MS Office.
* Secretarial duties.
* Diary management, booking appointments and accommodation.


Person Specification:

* Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
* The ability to work well either independently or part of a wider team.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Meticulous approach to work and attention to detail.
* A desire to undertake additional training and development opportunities in order to progress within the business.
