This is a fantastic Senior Ops / App Support Engineer contract opportunity with a leading Liverpool based tech organisation.
Whilst the Senior Ops / App Support Engineer contract is mainly remote you will need to be in the central Liverpool office on occasions, averaging 1 day/week.
The Senior Ops / App Support Engineer role is Outside IR35.
As Senior Ops / App Support Engineer you must have experience supporting and clearing tickets covering MuleSoft, Power BI and Snowflake, Alteryx or similar. Strong support experience supporting Applications/Tech/Ops and clearing ticket backlogs effectively at speed is required. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential with knowledge of dbt also being required as Senior Ops / App Support Engineer. Strong ETL, SQL and Data as well as analytics are essential as Senior Ops / App Support Engineer as is in depth knowledge to resolve technical issues (with MuleSoft, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, dbt) Any experience as a Developer /Data Analyst is beneficial as Senior Ops / App Support Engineer.
