Were currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, family-run business near Stafford!

Youll join a small, supportive engineering team working on a modern, farm-based production site, helping to keep essential machinery and systems running smoothly.

Were looking for someone electrically biased, with an 18th Edition qualification and experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

This is a great fit for an engineer who enjoys hands-on work in a practical, non-corporate setting, with real variety, job stability, and room to progress.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!

What youll be doing

1. Planned and reactive maintenance
2. Work as part of a team doing a mix of both Electrical and Mechanical repairs
3. Maintenance of Filling Machines, Wrapping Machines, Inverters, Labelling Machines, Robotics, Pneumatic Systems, Conveyors, Motors, PLCs, Gearboxes, Valves, Pumps etc
