The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading a team of two Multi-Skilled Engineers, with scope for the team to expand as the site becomes fully operational.
2. Conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, mentoring and developing your team’s skills.
3. Driving site KPIs to maximise efficiency and equipment uptime.
4. Overseeing shift handovers, tracking breakdowns, and allocating planned maintenance tasks.
5. Working hands-on alongside your team while providing technical guidance and leadership.
6. Supporting the Engineering Manager with recruitment and other departmental activities.
