Shift Pattern & Training This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern, providing you with consistent blocks of time off. The Shifts : 12 hour shifts rotating between: Day Shift : 07:00 – 19:00 Night Shift : 19:00 – 07:00 Training Period : Your first week will consist of a dedicated training schedule, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 – 18:00 to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. Pay & Attendance Bonus Hourly Rate : £12.21 per hour. Punctuality Bonus : Earn an extra £50 per week simply for being reliable! This bonus is paid to staff who return from breaks on time and are ready at their workstation at the start of every shift.
