Mobile Electrical Engineer Contract: Key Account Network Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality electrical PPM, reactive maintenance, and wider building services support across our client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent customer-service skills, and proven experience within FM or commercial building services. You will represent the business professionally, support client relationships, and help drive continuous improvement across our service delivery. Deliver electrical PPM, reactive and proactive works issued via the helpdesk within agreed timeframes. Carry out general building services maintenance including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks. Provide callout cover as part of the established on-call rota. Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work. Ensure all electrical equipment operates to required performance standards. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations including risk assessments and COSHH. City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 OR City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing). JIB accreditation. IPAF / PASMA. Full UK Driving Licence. Significant experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within building services. Background in FM or commercial property maintenance.
