The Role: You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, which will include: Challenging unlawful decisions via Judicial Review Assisting clients in accessing social services support Representing in Court of Protection proceedings Handling complaints against local authorities and the NHS About You A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE Strong background in social welfare law and Court of Protection matters Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases empathetically Confident working independently as well as within a team Highly organised with strong attention to detail IT proficient, able to work effectively to tight deadlines A genuine passion for publicly funded work is essential, along with the drive to make a real impact for clients in this area of law.
