Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal PA within our Practice Group Support team, you will provide confidential, professional, and proactive support to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, supporting client queries, and assisting with document and matter management. You will also coordinate financial administration, support business development, and contribute to process improvements, leveraging firm technology tools.
Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting in a busy legal environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Flexibility, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
