Planning Engineer (Contract) - Offshore Wind Farm Development Project UK-Based | Hybrid with Occasional Site Visits
Are you a seasoned Planning Engineer with a passion for renewable energy and large-scale infrastructure? Join a dynamic and professional team delivering one of the UK's most ambitious offshore wind projects.
Location - Blackfriars, London
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Support Work Package Managers with planning input and attend weekly coordination meetings.
* Deliver monthly schedule updates and contribute to integrated project reporting.
* Identify and resolve planning disconnects across packages.
* Lead “what-if” scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
* Contribute to milestone tracking, programme pressure analysis, and leadership reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in project planning and controls, in offshore wind projects.
* Proficient in Primavera P6.
* Strong understanding of EPCI project phases and stakeholder interfaces.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Experience working across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
