Position Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends. This role covers two late shifts (4.15pm-9.30pm) and one night shift (9.30pm-9.00am) each week. Rota can be discussed with Manager.
* Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, overseeing the Care and Support team, ensuring safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
About You
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or in advanced stages of working towards L3).
* Eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
* At least 12 months of experience in a senior carer role.
