Join the team as a Property Projects Administrator and make a real difference behind the 'll keep our Property Projects Team running smoothly, supporting surveyors, contractors, and customers to ensure our homes are safe, compliant, and places people are proud to live in. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your skills in property management administration while working in a collaborative, customer-focused team.Key Responsibilities* Provide general administrative support to the Property Projects Team including collating documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and scheduling appointments* Monitor team inboxes and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure smooth workflow* Respond to basic customer and external stakeholder’s initial enquiries via telephone and email including processing aids & adaptations referrals* Track open cases to maintain progress, liaising with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, and flagging any issues to Senior Surveyors or Technical Managers* Assist in preparation of Latent Defects casework for handover to Programme & Compliance Team* Initiate contact with customers and external stakeholders to book appointments and provide updates as required* Use multiple internal systems on a daily basis to raise repairs, manage purchase orders, track cases, and update records accuratelyMore About You* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*–C)* Comfortable working in a busy office environment, keeping track of multiple tasks and priorities* Confident and professional in communicating with customers and stakeholders, able to handle enquiries efficiently and courteously, whether in person, over the phone, or by email* Proficient in using Microsoft packages, such as, Word, Excel and Outlook.
