Reporting to the Board, you will play a central role in strengthening financial decision‑making and supporting the next phase of the organisation's growth. Finance Director responsibilities
* Providing trusted strategic financial support to the Board
* Producing and owning financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning
* Supporting business planning, budgeting and cashflow management
* Reviewing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting
* Acting as a senior financial sounding board to support growth and change
You will be a qualified and experienced Finance Director, comfortable working in a hands‑on capacity while also contributing at a strategic level.
