Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 20:30 working 3 shifts a week including some weekends and sleep ins.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Female* Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living services in Bridgwater and Pawlett. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Role Overview
As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
Responsibilities
* Support people to gain more independence in their daily lives
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues
* Support supervision, order medication, ensure financial management
* Provide ongoing support to the people we support
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
