Residential Conveyancer Our Vision We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care. Key Responsibilities Managing residential conveyancing transactions including: * Sales and purchases * New build transactions * Remortgages * Registered and unregistered properties * Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters * Leasehold transactions and lease extensions * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties * Working collaboratively with the Private Client department * Maintaining accurate and compliant case files The Candidate * 1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing * Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law * Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters ...
