Portico is excited to be recruiting a confident, welcoming Part‑Time Receptionist for our team based with a client in the financial services sector located in Surrey.

Our reception team is the heartbeat of the office. Their warm, professional welcome shapes the first impression every visitor and guest has of the firm. As part of this front‑of‑house team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s high standards.

About the Role
As Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face greeting staff and visitors, acting as the central link between internal teams and external clients. You’ll help create a seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door, with outstanding client care at the core of your work.


Key Responsibilities

* Managing visitor arrivals and departures
* Coordinating meeting room bookings, setup, and upkeep
* Supporting health and safety monitoring
* Handling a busy switchboard and general enquiries

Hours: 25 hours per week. Shifts are between 1pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to cover an early shift when required is essential.

Salary: £21,840 per annum

Additional Information: Due to the location, there is no access to public transport. Applicants must be able to drive to the site. Free on‑site parking is provided.


Qualifications
