Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Ensuring food safety, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
