We are seeking a new team member for nine months, to join a busy central PMO Office and support PMO Analyst activities required for a world leading University that is highly regarded as an innovative, transformative and collaborative institution.

The role will initially be offering cover for a absent team member, but longer term opportunities within the team may also be available.
The role will be responsible for providing essential operational, administrative and analytical support to enable the smooth delivery of key improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring successful execution of projects and initiatives by providing essential support, assistance and direction. As an experienced PMO Analyst, you will have experience of working collaboratively in a project team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, producing accurate documentation, and identifying and mitigating risks.
Strong communication skills is one of the strengths required, liaising with stakeholders at all levels and offering advise and guidance to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects and initiatives.
Key Skills & Attributes & Requirements:
This position requires experience of working within a central PMO environment, ideally within a large public or private sector organisation.
The role could be suited to both junior and more senior experienced PMO Analysts and if required flexibility will be offered for those who are seeking to return to work, or work around family commitments.(Example - slightly reduced hours or work a 4 Day week)
* Must have direct PMO Analyst recent experience (Essential)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. (Essential)
* Experience of working with Agile methodology (Essential)
* Able to synthesise complex information and present key ideas clearly.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and confident working independently.
* Resourceful, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
* Collaborative team player, able to drive forward initiatives.
Tools & Experience:
* JIRA, advanced Excel, SharePoint knowledge is essential.
* Knowledge of Power BI advantageous
