Impact Recruitment is looking for CNC Turners and CNC Millers to join a modern, well-run precision engineering outfit that values training, teamwork, and long-term progression. The site is easily commutable from Bedford, Cambridge, St Neots and the surrounding areas. You'll be setting CNC machines for efficient, accurate production, keeping things running smoothly on the shop floor and working closely with a friendly, experienced team. The business has a clear training structure in place, so you'll continue building your knowledge while contributing to high-quality output from day one.
