Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to support their established finance team.
This is a hands-on interim assignment, offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate-backed finance transactions alongside a high-performing and collaborative team. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, confident handling complex finance matters, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Equipment: Not provided – candidates must have their own suitable equipment set-up
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a variety of finance transactions, with a primary focus on real estate finance matters
- Preparing and negotiating finance documentation with strong technical accuracy
- Coordinating and managing the CP process to ensure timely completion of transactions
- Liaising with internal teams and external parties to progress deals efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring clear communication on progress and timelines
Requirements
- 4+ years post-qualified experience in real estate finance or banking & finance
- Strong knowledge of finance transactions, with a focus on real estate-backed lending
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical ability
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Interest in business development and understanding client objectives
- Confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
