Salary: £445-£470 per week

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants for a rewarding full-time role within our Primary Schools in Eastbourne.
About the Role
1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.
Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.
Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away!

What We’re Looking For
Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.
Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a school or SEND environment is essential.
Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
*All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
