Overview
As a Hotel Manager at Premier Inn, you'll lead the hotel to deliver outstanding service in line with our brand standards. You are responsible for the safety of everyone within the hotel, managing and developing your team, and driving guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
* Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain UK’s number one status.
* Understand the bigger picture, drive improvements, and spot commercial opportunities.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain high-quality service.
* Develop team members, bring out the best in them, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment with team leadership.
* Strong leadership and customer service passion.
* Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach.
* Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
