Are you an experienced engineer with a background in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) systems, looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to join a pioneering clean energy company that's transforming how biomethane is captured and used across the UK farming sector?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing innovator in sustainable energy. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will act as the key link between clients, sales, and engineering teams, playing a critical role in delivering ground-breaking biomethane projects.
This is a home-based role with frequent travel to customer sites nationwide, where you will be carrying out technical assessments, designing solutions, and supporting the integration of advanced technologies into existing AD facilities.
The Role
* Conduct early-stage site appraisals, assessing feasibility, integration potential, and operational risks.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to prepare specifications, technical documentation, and accurate quotations.
* Act as the technical bridge between sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide technical support during site visits, installations, and commissioning phases.
* Liaise with AD operators and stakeholders to optimise performance, gas capture rates, and quality.
The Person
* Proven operational experience working with Anaerobic Digestion systems and processes.
* Strong knowledge of the UK AD market, regulatory environment, and key stakeholders.
* Engineering background with the ability to create, review, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
