Role Description
Offering a salary range of £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience, this is a full time role based in Wigan. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to take full ownership of our paid media strategy, with a strong focus on Meta. This is a key role within the team, responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaign performance across the business. You won’t just be setting up ads — you’ll be responsible for strategy, optimisation, and results. The applicant must have proven experience managing Meta Ads at scale (lead generation focus)
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Build and optimise lead generation funnels (prospecting > retargeting > conversion)
* Campaign structure
* Monitor and report on key metrics:
* Conversion rates
* Campaign ROI
Work closely with the creative team to produce high-performing ad content.
Integrate campaigns with our CRM (Force24) to improve lead tracking and follow-up.
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve efficiency.
Support wider paid media activity where required.
