About The Job
In this role, you will act as the key business interface between Electrolux Professional and our new customers, owning the relationship with all key stakeholders within each new chain account. External stakeholders include CEOs, MDs, operations managers, directors/procurement, property teams, franchisees, training & technical teams. Internally, you will collaborate with HODs, sales teams, chain SOPs, category managers, marketing, technical design, culinary trainers, technical teams, customer care, SDA, and finance.
Responsibilities
* Expand partnerships by offering tailored equipment solutions aligned with customer needs.
* Lead growth initiatives with new clients to support their business objectives.
* Collaborate with customers to define and implement strategies for mutually profitable growth.
* Provide comprehensive support including store design, route-to-market planning, installation, training, aftercare, and Essentia services.
* Develop a prospect list of potential chain customers with clear calls to action.
* Convert prospects into active customers.
* Establish joint business development plans with each customer.
* Manage and formalize contract agreements.
* Drive and monitor top-line sales performance.
Qualifications
About You
* A university degree is preferred.
* Familiarity with the commercial food sales sector.
* Strong financial and business insight, including P&L management experience.
* Understanding of corporate social responsibility principles.
* Awareness of economic trends affecting the industry.
* Good knowledge of key competitors and market positioning.
