Responsibilities
* Managing day to day shop operations
* Driving sales growth
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Training, developing and motivating your team
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
* Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands‑on "can do" mentality.
Poundbakery is part of S&PB Retail Ltd with over 90 shops across the Northwest, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further. We provide our customers with a fast‑paced service in many high‑street locations with great‑tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.
