About the Role

Job Opportunity
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers. Working closely with sales, operations, and support teams, you'll:
* Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Monitor service performance and proactively address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate delivery of revenue, volume, and margin targets.
* Support contract management, pricing updates, and service level reviews.
* Produce reports for customers and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay informed on Whistl’s product offerings.
* Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Essential Skills
Skills & Experience:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt to various audiences.
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and creating reports.
* Experience in account management, customer service, or similar client-facing roles is desirable.
Education:
* A-Level (or Level 3 qualification) or equivalent work experience.
Additional Info:
* You’ll be based at our Bolton office, with hybrid working opportunities available following the completion of the initial probationary period.
* Occasional travel and regular phone/in-person communication are involved.
