Our client, a highly respected regional law firm with a long-standing presence in the South Yorkshire market, is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Legal Secretary to join their growing team.
You'll support the Head of Department and a team of specialist fee earners working on complex and meaningful clinical negligence cases.

What you'll be doing:
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports
* Managing diaries, appointments, and file administration
* Preparing court documentation and electronic bundles
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, and legal professionals via phone and email
* Supporting case management processes including file opening, closing, and billing
* Assisting with the preparation of documentation for Legal Aid and ATE audits
* Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks and case progression
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, or litigation
* Experience using electronic case management systems (knowledge of Partner for Windows would be advantageous)
* Understanding of clinical negligence funding arrangements including ATE/BTE
* Knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS processes is beneficial
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
