Job Summary: DisplayNote sits above meeting room hardware and collaboration platforms as the software control layer that standardises and stabilises shared-room experiences. As a Channel Sales Rep, you will own the growth, activation and commercial performance of our integration and hardware partner ecosystem. This is a field-driven, revenue-focused channel role. You will build influence with distributors, resellers and system integrators, drive co-sell momentum, and create pull-through demand with end users that accelerates partner-led deployments. You are not managing accounts from behind a desk. You are visible in the field, present in partner conversations, and accountable for partner-driven revenue performance. Job Description: What You’ll Do Growth of partner-influenced and partner-led revenue. Recruitment, activation and commercial development of integration partners, AV resellers and hardware-aligned channel relationships. Joint pipeline creation and structured co-selling positioning DisplayNote as the software layer that standardises and stabilises meeting room estates across hardware and collaboration stacks. Revenue-focused partner enablement ensuring sales and technical teams can confidently articulate our Experience OS positioning and differentiate DisplayNote above just hardware-led solutions. Field presence across the AV ecosystem strengthening visibility within distributor networks, integration communities and regional events to drive pipeline and pull-through demand. Execute our defined enterprise narrative consistently across the channel, working with Marketing and Product teams to align positioning, sharpen differentiation, and relay structured market feedback that informs roadmap and campaign focus. You are measured on partner-attributed revenue, ecosystem expansion, and the commercial strength of your channel network. What You’ll Bring 4 years of experience in channel or partner sales, ideally in AV, UC, or collaboration technology. Strong field presence and ability to build credibility fast with partners and customers alike. Proven ability to drive co-selling success with integration and OEM partners. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills. High accountability, responsiveness, and relationship follow-through. What Success Looks Like Consistent partner-driven revenue growth.
