The Floor Manager Role
* 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant
* Help to train and develop new team members
* Cashing up and end of day reporting
* Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
* Managing and exceeding guest expectations
* Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
* Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
* Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
* Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
* Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
* Strong command of English language
* Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
* Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
* A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
