Location : Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary : £49,500-£57,000 (£20ph-£23ph)
Hours : Monday-Friday 07.00-17:00

The Client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established and National plant hire firm to support the growth of their team. Our client, who have been established for over 30 years, have reached a stage of growth where they have opened a new depot and are looking for a workshop foreman to shape and lead a workshop from scratch. You'll be supported by a dedicated team and given the tools to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Duties:
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency
Allocate and manage workloads for workshop staff
Carry out pre-delivery inspections and fleet maintenance
Perform both minor and major repairs on heavy plant equipment
Liaise with the Hire Desk to ensure outgoing assets are ready and compliant
Order parts through the internal system
Maintain a clean, organised, and productive workshop environment
The Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong background in heavy plant machinery
Proven experience in managing a team and handling your own workload
Computer literate – training provided on internal systems
A proactive, hands-on leader who can build a workshop from the ground up
