As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 150 clients and their financial needs
* Providing expert advice on complex financial matters and strategic planning
* Overseeing and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals
* Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and satisfaction
* Staying updated on industry regulations and driving best practices within the firm
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Accounts Manager Job:
* Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification.
* It's essential to hold UK Practice Experience
* Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a small team
* Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
* A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
