We currently have an opportunity for Retail Bar Staff to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
This role offers the chance to work during Matchdays, making it ideal for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.

Package Description
£7.55 - £12.21 Per hour
Must be able to handle alcohol for this role
Casual hours
Matchdays and Non-Matchday Events - evenings and weekends
Opportunity to work on other Sodexo Live! sites
Main Responsibilities
* Handling and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
* Welcoming guests and taking orders
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service
* Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Providing food and beverage recommendations and answering questions
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Friendly yet professional demeanor
* Team player with conflict resolution skills and openness to feedback
* Attention to detail and punctuality
* Proactive attitude
* Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings
* Applicants must be 18 or over
