Your Day to Day
* Lead the team as the shift lead, mentoring, coaching and inspiring staff.
* Act as a problem‑solver, motivator and role model for the children in your care.
* Forge deep connections with multidisciplinary teams to craft unique, child‑centric care plans.
* Get hands‑on experience helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or simply being a steady presence.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings and can navigate challenging behaviours.
* Passion: Energy, resilience and a can‑do attitude that inspires others.
