The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team.
In this role, you will support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering activities across the organisation. You will play a key role in producing management reporting, analysing financial performance, supporting investor-related activities, and helping senior stakeholders understand key financial drivers and business trends.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering, consolidation, workflow coordination and financial analysis
* Prepare and maintain monthly Management Information (MI) packs for internal leadership and external stakeholders
* Analyse financial performance and provide insight into key business drivers, variances, risks and opportunities
* Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, reporting and business decision-making
* Support the Executive Team reporting through both routine and ad-hoc financial analysis
* Partner with Market Owners and Department Heads to improve forecast accuracy and understanding of Budget vs Actual performance
* Assist with investor relations activities by preparing financial analysis and supporting documentation for external stakeholders
* Ensure timely and accurate updates of forecasting information across multiple business functions
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A reporting, planning and analytical processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and wider business teams to support strategic and operational objectives
* Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, presentations and reporting requirements as needed
Key Experience & Qualifications
* Degree educated with a minimum 2:1 in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another quantitative discipline
* Strong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skills
* Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within Finance, FP&A, reporting or commercial analysis is advantageous
* Exposure to forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes is desirable
* Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
