About the Rol
eWe are seeking a Senior Climate Risk & Strategy Lead for an exciting opportunity within sustainability consulting, helping organisations navigate climate-related financial risks, sustainability regulations, and investor disclosure requirements
This is a senior delivery role focused on climate risk reporting, financial modelling, transition planning, and sustainability strategy. You will work with mid-to large organisations, helping them assess climate risks, develop strategic responses, and align with evolving reporting frameworks including TCFD and IFRSS2
.Job Responsibilitie
s• Lead climate risk reporting and financial modelling engagement
s• Deliver TCFD, climate disclosure, and IFRS S2 readiness project
s• Lead and drive the climate division within the compan
y• Advise clients on climate-related risks, opportunities, and transition plannin
g• Conduct climate risk assessments and scenario analysi
s• Support emissions reduction and transition planning initiative
s• Perform climate-related due diligence for mid-market, multi-industry client
s• Facilitate board-level workshops and stakeholder training session
s• Lead client projects and manage delivery team
s• Support business development, proposal writing, and account growt
h• Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing conten

Requiremen
ts
• Experience in climate risk, sustainability consulting, or climate strat
egy• Experience across both transition and physical climate risks, with stronger expertise in transition risk prefer
red• Strong track record delivering climate risk assessments, disclosures, and transition risk analy
sis• Working knowledge of climate reporting frameworks such as TCFD, IFRS S2, and I
SSB• Advanced financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and climate-related financial impact assessm
ent• Experience integrating climate risks into business strategy, governance, and risk management framewo
rks• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and stakeholders simultaneou
sly• Commercially minded, with experience in business development, upselling, proposal writing, and account gro
wth• Leadership experience, including mentoring team members and supporting service-line developm
