House of Willow Alexander
About Us
House of Willow Alexander is building the modern British institution for sustainable home & garden living. From our award-winning gardens to home services, digital products, and the HoWA+ membership platform, we're combining design, technology, and sustainability to reimagine how people care for their homes.
We are now looking for a
Systems & Tech Manager
— someone who can design, manage, and scale the systems that powers the House. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded, technically fluent operator who can bridge vision and execution.
The Role
As Systems & Tech Manager, you'll be the
guardian of the House Brain
— our central data and systems layer. You'll own everything from CRM and scheduling platforms to payment integrations, reporting dashboards, and the early foundations of our HoWA platform.
You'll manage external developers, implement tools, and ensure our systems are fit to scale nationally.
This is not a "back-office IT" role — it's a
strategic builder role
. You'll work hand-in-hand with leadership to make sure our systems drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* House Brain Ownership
→ Build and maintain the central data layer (services, customers, jobs, sales, memberships, products).
* Systems Development
→ Build and optimise scheduling, CRM, and workflow tools for ops, sales, and finance.
* Tech Infrastructure & Security
→ Manage access, roles, permissions, and GDPR-compliant governance.
* Project & Vendor Management
→ Oversee external developers and system integrators.
* Commercial Impact
→ Deliver dashboards, automate reporting, and support the HoWA platform roadmap.
About You
* A
systems thinker
who can connect tools, data, and workflows.
* Technically fluent
with SaaS, APIs, and integrations.
* Commercially minded
— knows tech is valuable only if it saves money or drives growth.
* Data-driven
with strong reporting and dashboard skills.
* Experienced managing vendors, contractors, or dev teams.
What We Offer
* Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 DOE
.
* The chance to
build the House Brain
— the system that will underpin a national platform.
* Exposure to leadership, investors, and strategic decision-making.
* A creative, entrepreneurial culture that values design, sustainability, and innovation.
