Overview
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements. The post is to support the Leeds Institute for Teaching Excellence (LITE) and collaboration with the UK SoTL Alliance and the Dales Dialogues in Higher Education.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the UK SoTL Alliance and the Dales Dialogues in Higher Education.
* Publish communications materials and assist with related communications tasks.
* Deal with complex academic and administrative information and provide clear and succinct responses.
* Work with limited supervision and balance priorities; collaborate with a wide range of staff across UK institutions.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in administrative support and in publishing communications materials.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff across a range of institutions.
* Capacity to manage complex information and provide clear, concise responses.
