We're looking for a confident and experienced
Café Supervisor
to lead the daily operations of the vibrant
M Shed Café. This is a fixed term opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee, people, and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 1-4 staff members in the smooth running of the café
Act as Lead Barista, setting the tone for quality and consistency
Champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices across all operations
Deliver team training and support development of staff
Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
Work closely with other departments and contribute to a collaborative site culture
What We're Looking For:
Proven Barista experience and strong coffee knowledge
Previous team leader or supervisory experience
A proactive and organised approach to daily operations
Someone local to Bristol with a good understanding of the area
A team player who enjoys working with an established and well-trained team
