Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding

Work closely with the governing body and external agencies
Manage school resources effectively to support continuous improvement
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
NPQH (or working towards) - desirable
Proven leadership experience within an SEN or alternative provision setting
Deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, and inclusive, trauma-informed practice
Exceptional communication, resilience, and people-management skills
A strong commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all pupils
