Contract Type: 12 months FTC - maternity cover
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexibility due to nature of the job)
Salary: circa £32,000

Job Overview
* To identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the community to promote and deliver Southern Water’s support package.
* Innovatively consider all options for customer re‑engagement and interact with stakeholders within individual geographical areas to help achieve objectives.
* Provide customers with a single point of contact for financial and vulnerability support, ensuring tailored case management by utilising the entirety of Southern Water’s support package.
* Utilise local knowledge and stakeholder activity along with relevant insight to develop and deliver targeted support within the allocated region.
About You
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically.
* Experience of working in community and stakeholder engagement activities, including hard‑to‑engage communities.
* Understanding of Welfare Reform and its industry impact.
* Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, being mobile regionally.
* Full UK driving licence.
