Are you a true motorcycle enthusiast with a background in the automotive or motorcycle industry? Vines of Guildford is on the hunt for a Motorrad Sales Executive to join our passionate team of bike lovers. If you’ve got the knowledge, experience, and drive to bring your expertise to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Hours: 45 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and a set rest day during the week.
On target earnings of £49,630, achievable and uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle.
From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction. It’s about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
* At least 1 year of experience within motorcycles or automotive industry
* A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles, knowledge of motorcycle components is an advantage
* The ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit, supportive team
* Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively
* A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
* Target-driven, with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations
* Self-motivated with a strong drive and ambition to succeed and grow within the role
