1. Lead, inspire and develop the sales team to achieve targets, focusing on skills growth and career progression
2. Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability through effective review systems
3. Partner with sales operations to improve efficiency and support new technologies and methodologies
4. Manage day-to-day team operations, including quota delivery and forecast cadence
