Then look no further… After our recent success from the documentary for the BBC’s ‘Inside the Factory’ we are looking to recruit our next loyal and hardworking Warehouse Operatives We are currently looking for a highly productive individual to join our Warehouse team in Wimborne as a Warehouse Operative. We are offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis our early shift operates from 1pm - 9pm. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day pick/ pack of customer orders within the Warehouse, working closely with the Supervisors to ensure that customer orders are met on time in full. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be involved with being at the heart of growing our global luxury paint and wallpaper brand. What we expect from you as a Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities: Follow health and safety training within the department and on site ensuring that personal safety and that of colleagues is paramount. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained. Scan and pack orders according to market and route requirements. Including receiving Goods on site including raw materials and consumables. Restock packaging materials. Maintain the quality and service expected of a premium brand. Work as part of a team to ensure service levels are fulfilled and escalate any issues that may impact this. Must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays and emergencies. Key Attributes: Proactive, positive, and driven. Flexible and reactive to busy peak periods. Be able to work in a high paced environment. Ability to multitask. Warehouse experience preferred but not essential. Basic numeracy and literacy. Having technical knowledge of paint and wallpaper are desirable. This role will require regular lifting and manual handling of Farrow & Ball products and additional training will be offered where needed.
