You will be supporting the accounting functions of four companies, and the role will also provide assistance to their external accountants when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices and payments (both sales and purchasing)
* Downloading sales reports from SagePay, Sot Pay, Paypal, Amazon, NOTHS
* Reconciling sales invoices shown in Xero to sales reports
* Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control
* Preparation for VAT returns
Candidate Attributes:
* Previous experience in accounts
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel
* Good communication skills at all levels
* Strong organisational skills
