Right now, we're hiring part-time Support Workers to join our supported living teams across the Caerphilly region, with opportunities for additional sleep-ins and waking nights.

About the Role
You'll provide person-centred support in people's homes and local communities-helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support.
Shifts include a mix of daytime hours, with opportunities for sleep-ins and waking nights. If you're caring, adaptable, and looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties could include:
Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.
Offering emotional support and positive encouragement.
Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties.
Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working.
Checking and recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.
Waking Night Shifts: 10pm - 7am, (+ £12.15 + 20% per hour)
Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
Hourly Rate: £12.75, making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
What You'll Need:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
Flexibility - our services run 24/7 and shift patterns vary
A full UK manual driving licence - There are mobility cars at these services and the correct licence is required.
