Tasks
* Support with customs clearance import/export: control of documents, communication with the branch offices.
* Preparation of customs documents, e.g. export documents and communication with our customers
* Contact person for customs authority and customers.
* Checking compliance with legal customs regulations.
* Control of export documents of our own customers
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills – with the ability to communicate verballyand in writing
* Ability to listen to others and understand the situation from their perspective
* Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
* Ability to deal with problems efficiently and professionally
* Mathematical and computer literacy
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* A high customer service orientation with a passion for delivering quality
* Highly adaptable
