Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our London Office.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and oversee the office space and facilities.
* Manage utilities bills and expenses, coordinating payments with the finance team.
* Handle employee details and liaise with HR shared services for updates.
* Coordinate access initiation with the building administration.
* Manage stationary, giveaways, and office supplies.
* Ensure ESG compliance, data entry, and coordinate reporting with the global committee.
* Manage procurement activities for the region.
* Coordinate with the building landlord.
* Restock the fridge and snack bar regularly.
* Maintain the meeting rooms, kitchen, and snack areas.
* Assist HR and administration teams with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events.
