This nationally recognised specialist school trust based across Surrey and Sussex is seeking flexible specialist TA's to join their committed and welcoming teams in various locations. Positions range from 4 weeks to 2 terms and longer. This multi academy trust supports pupils with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD and physical disabilities. At present over 70% of the students at the schools have Autism. This trust is one of the largest locally and is greatly endorsed in the local community. This trust is a 'respect' site and prides itself on treating every child as an individual. This trusts curriculum was credited in its latest ofsted reports and in addition to being broad, creative, balanced and embracing the outdoors it also includes Enterprise and Vocational elements, Independent Life & Living Skills, College link courses and a progressive Careers programme that help the pupils now and in the future.
Post holders will work on a 1:1 basis with students when required as well as support in class or with a small group. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the young people. This setting is invested in all their staff members and their training and development and is a fabulous setting to work in.

7. Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
8. Relevant support work or teaching assistant experience/ Voluntary or paid experience considered (desirable)
