Job Description:
Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.
This is a permanent opportunity, not a locum position.
Opportunities are available in SystmOne and Emis practices.
The role involves being an active part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Independent Prescriber Status
* At least three years of post-graduate experience
* Excellent clinical knowledge
* A commitment to continuous learning and development
* Confidence working in a busy GP practice
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
* Minimum of 15 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties
* Complete medication reviews
* Support care homes
* Serve as the primary contact for medication-related inquiries in the practice
Qualifications and Skills
* Ability to adapt communication style for healthcare professionals and patients
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Hold Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Commitment to CPD
* Clinical Diploma (beneficial but not essential)
